3. Purpose of personal data
Communication with the customer:
- reaching out to owners of vehicles in the workshop
- reaching consignment recipients
- billing contacts
Purpose of personal data processing and use of the register
Personal data will only be processed for predefined purposes, which are:
- customer relationship management
4. Personal data to be stored in the register
The customer register contains the following information:
- telephone/mobile number
- social security number (only credit check)
- details of purchased products / services
5. Rights of the data subject

The right of inspection
The registered person can check the personal data we store.
Right of rectification
The data subject may request the correction of incorrect or incomplete information concerning him.

The data subject may appeal against the decision to the Data Protection Officer
The data subject has the right to request that we restrict the processing of the disputed data until such time as the matter can be resolved.

The data subject has the right to complain to the data protection officer if he / she feels that we are violating personal data when processing personal data.

6. Regular sources of information
The contact details of the companies are collected from public address information, the YTJ system and Asiakastieto.fi.
Individual information is available from Trafi, Fonecta or Asiakastieto.fi (billing customers only)
Customer information is regularly obtained:
- from customer when the customer relationship is established
- from the contact person represented by the customer when the customer relationship is established
7. Regular Disclosures
Information will not be disclosed for marketing purposes outside Oulun Automaatiopalvelu Oy.
8. Duration of treatment
- As a rule, personal data will be processed for as long as the customer relationship is valid
9. Processors of personal data
The controller and his staff process personal data. We may also outsource the processing of personal data to a third party (accounting firm, debt collection agency), whereby by contractual arrangements we guarantee that personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise properly.
10. Transfer of data outside the EU
Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
